Okay you guys A-kon was awesome!! Best one I've gone to yet. There was so much to do. I

didn't have time to go do everything I wanted. The past 2 years I didn't go to too many

panels, but this year I went to as many as I could. It was SO FUN!!! The neatest part is

always seeing what cosplays and costumes show up. And let me tell you there were some

amazing ones this year. A few of my favs were the dancing mushrooms, Oogie Boogie, the

black and green duct tape jester, and of course all the steam punk people. I LOVED the

steam punk stuff. I sure hope they bring it back next year. Maybe I could do something

next year cosplay-wise. I can always hope right. Not only did I have a blast I got to

meet my friend One-Final Breathe. It was nice meeting you. Maybe next year we can hang

out more. To Sexy Goldfish I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you. The few times I wondered

around in artist's alley downstairs it was super crowded and hard to move around. I think

I only looked around downstairs twice and spent the rest of the time in panels and the

dealers room. If we both go next year I promise I'll meet you no matter what. That is if

you still want to by then. The dealer's room was awesome as usual. I ended up buying

myself 2 small gloomy bears (dark chocolate and milk chocolate, $15 each which is pretty

cheap as far as gloomy bears go), a few pins for my shoulder bag (I'm running out of room),

a gloomy bear key chain (yes I really like gloomy bears if you can't tell), and the Steamboy

DVD. I saw Steamboy during a Steampunk anime panel and HAD to get the DVD so I could see

the whole thing. Can't wait to watch it. So yeah A-KON ROCKED!!! The only bad thing about

going to A-kon was the following day my little sister got sick and a week later is still

sick. She obvioulsy caught something at the con and what a surprise a few days after she

got it my other sister and I came down with the same thing. Yesterday my sis could barely

even talk her voice was so hoarse. I'm about 100% better and thank goodness my sisters are

getting better as well. We very rarely get sick and let me tell ya I HATE it. I'm so thankful

for a good immune system. Even though the three of us caught something at A-kon it was so

worth it. Thanks again to our loving parents!! Hope you guys who went had as much fun as we

did. Tell me what you thought of the con. Well talk to you guys later!!
